Send a message in a channel conversation. Returns 200 with the terminal ConversationState if the chain completes within swarmd.agent-relay.early-return-timeout-ms (default 30s), or 202 with aggregateState=WORKING otherwise; callers are expected to poll GET /state until the aggregate flips terminal.
